Grande opportunitĂ  per entrare a far parte del nostro team Finance a Milano come AP Accountant. eseguire la registrazione e la documentazione di ogni movimento contabile con particolare attenzione agli adempimenti fiscali lato passivo e alle relative attivitĂ  amministrative.

Compiti Principali

  • Operare nell’intero ciclo di fatturazione passiva, garantendone correttezza e completezza;
  • Ricevere, controllare e registrare le fatture elettroniche passive tramite il Sistema di Interscambio (SDI);
  • Controllare le fatture dei fornitori verificando le autorizzazioni dei responsabili dei dipartimenti e/o di funzione;
  • Registrare le note spese e supportare le riconciliazioni dei contributi;
  • Controllare e predisporre i pagamenti dei fornitori nel rispetto delle scadenze;
  • Monitorare mensilmente la situazione contabile dei fornitori e lo scadenzario;
  • Riconciliare e redigere le scritture contabili di base e i relativi registri del ciclo passivo;
  • Verificare e contabilizzare le ritenute d’acconto dei professionisti;
  • Gestire la banca e la cassa, incluse le riconciliazioni bancarie;
  • Controllare e registrare le spese tramite carte di credito aziendali;
  • Assistere le attivitĂ  di chiusura annuale e supportare gli audit esterni;
  • Fornire la reportistica necessaria a supporto dell’Accounting Manager;
  • Supportare l’Accounting Manager nella predisposizione dei dati contabili a supporto degli adempimenti fiscali;
  • Verificare la corretta archiviazione digitale e cartacea della documentazione contabile;
  • Applicare le procedure di contabilitĂ  interna al fine di garantire il controllo e la sicurezza finanziaria dell’azienda.

Caratteristiche del Candidato

Tecniche:

  • Pregressa esperienza, anche breve, in ambito amministrativo, accounting, finance;
  • Diploma ragioneria;
  • Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici;
  • Buona conoscenza dei processi contabili riguardanti il ciclo passivo;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
