ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. You will drive quality and efficiency, ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of our global Firm.
Main duties and responsibilities
• Development: Design and develop high-quality ServiceNow customizations, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Integrations: Build and maintain robust integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and the IntegrationHub.
• Collaboration: Work with Architects, InfoSec, and Business stakeholders
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of technical designs, system configurations, and product knowledge.
About You
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in a large-scale environment.
• Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot complex, platform issues and own them through to resolution.
• Communicator: Clear and concise communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical Requirements
• Languages: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• ServiceNow Core: knowledge of UI Policies, ACLs, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• Architecture: Experience with Flow Designer
• Integrations: Solid experience with REST/SOAP, JSON, and Web Services.
• HRSD, ITSM
Nice to have
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
