We’re looking for motivated Paralegals to join our high-performing team and help deliver efficient, high-quality legal support using smart processes, legal expertise, and cutting-edge technology.

As a Paralegal in our LDC, you will work across Contentious, Corporate Transactional, or Real Estate matters, supporting document-heavy legal work with precision and speed. You will be part of a collaborative team that adapts to demand, with opportunities to cross-skill and grow your scope as you develop. You will engage with stakeholders across the firm and gain valuable client exposure, all while working in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

About you

  • You will have completed or nearly completed a law degree (or non-law degree plus law conversion qualification) and will be available for full time, or near full time, work. Alternatively, you will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal.
  • Your academic record will support you being a quick learner and committed to excellence.
  • You will be a naturally supportive and committed team player who thrives in dynamic, high calibre environment.
  • Communication skills and attention to detail will be strong attributes, as will a flexibility to adapt to different activities.

Our hiring approach

Our hiring approach enables us to learn about the professional and person you are, and gives you the opportunity to learn about us. Your recruitment experience can differ depending on the type of role you are interviewing for. You will always meet your direct Line Manager for your role, as well as peers and close collaborators for the position. For some of our roles we may also use assessment tools, practical exercises, and panel presentations. Your Recruitment Business Partner will inform you of the recruitment process at the start of any recruitment process, but please let us know if you have any questions prior to making an application.
