En nuestro programa de prácticas del Máster de Acceso tendrás la oportunidad de adquirir las habilidades y conocimientos jurídicos necesarios para empezar a desarrollar tu carrera profesional como abogado/a en un entorno global y dinámico como el actual.

Durante tus prácticas, apoyaras a nuestros equipos legales que brindan asesoramiento jurídico a todo tipo de clientes a nivel internacional y nacional. Tendrás la oportunidad de aprender de profesionales referentes en sus grupos de práctica en una Firma verdaderamente global, lo que te proporcionará una extraordinaria aptitud de conocimientos jurídicos, así como de habilidades que te acompañaran durante toda tu carrera.

Gracias a nuestro programa de tutorías, dispondrás de una red de apoyo que te ayudará a encontrar tu lugar en nuestra red global y te guiará a lo largo de tu carrera. Además, podrás participar en trabajos pro-bono y en formaciones; en donde desarrollarás tus habilidades de liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y comunicación.

¿Cómo es el proceso de selección?

El proceso empezará a partir del mes de septiembre 2025 y dejaremos de recibir candidaturas el 30 de noviembre de 2025.

Para aplicar, te recomendamos que nos incluyas tu área de preferencia para realizar tus prácticas; además de adjuntar tu CV (en inglés preferiblemente) y expediente académico actualizado.

Nuestro proceso incluye los siguientes pasos:

  • Criba curricular.
  • Dinámica de grupo.
  • Prueba online y entrevista telefónica en inglés.
  • Entrevista con el equipo de HR.
  • Prueba técnica (Business Case).
  • Entrevista con el Recruitment Committee del área de práctica de tu interés.

¿A quién buscamos?

  • Graduados en Derecho o dobles grados en Derecho
  • Estudiantes del máster de acceso a la abogacía o dobles másteres con especialización
  • Excelente expediente académico (más de 7 para dobles grados y 7.5 para grados)
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés (C1 en adelante) hablado, escrito y leído

Internship Programme DLA Piper Spain 2026-2027

How to apply?

Applications starts: September 2025

Applications ends: November 30th 2025

To apply, you will be required to complete an application form which should include your preference regarding our practice groups (Please note that while we try to accommodate individuals’ preferences, there may be times when this is not possible).

To apply we will need from you the following documents:

  • CV in English.
  • Academic Records

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree in law or doble degrees in Law.
  • Students of the “master de Acceso” or double masters (specialized masters)
  • Strong academic records (GPA above 7 for doble degrees and 7.5 for law degrees).
  • Advanced level of English (At least a C1 level)

Beyond this, we look for candidates who are naturally inquisitive, have plenty of drive, and can show a genuine commitment to pursuing a career at DLA Piper.

Our selection process:

Should your application be successful you will be invited to complete a few standard online tests that explore your language capabilities.

Following these tests, we may ask you to attend an assessment day and you should do a Technical Business Case alongside a Dynamic group. This day gives you the opportunity to visit our offices (circumstances allowing) and meet key members of our firm.

To select the best candidates, we will end the process doing interviews with our HR team and with members of the Recruitment Committees of the Group practices you are willing to join.

Our hiring approach

Our hiring approach enables us to learn about the professional and person you are, and gives you the opportunity to learn about us. Your recruitment experience can differ depending on the type of role you are interviewing for. You will always meet your direct Line Manager for your role, as well as peers and close collaborators for the position. For some of our roles we may also use assessment tools, practical exercises, and panel presentations. Your Recruitment Business Partner will inform you of the recruitment process at the start of any recruitment process, but please let us know if you have any questions prior to making an application.
