HR Specialist actively supports the Life Cycle team in successful execution of international LC services along with new systems and tools implementation. HR Specialist is pro-actively engaged and involved in process improvements/changes, transitions and projects.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Current employees administration including but not limited to: entering or updating personal information records, job or position assignment records, salary information or relocations administration
  • Support with the creation and distribution of employee letters such as contracts of employment, salary increase or job title changes
  • Support employees on enquiries related to HR data and administration
  • Work on more complex tasks/queries as required
  • Reporting to the Manager required details of the business as usual activities of the LC team
  • Responsible for the compliance of personnel documentation with regulatory framework (law, internal procedures and policies)
  • Perform in line with agreed procedures, SLAs and KPIs and Customer expectations
  • Identify specific areas for improvement, suggest solutions and take active part in implementing them
  • Actively support Junior HR Specialists
  • Build and maintain positive relations with colleagues from other streams and departments and stakeholders across the firm

About you

  • Excellent command of English is a must
  • Experience of working in HR administration and understanding all of its specifics
  • At least 2 years of work experience in international environment
  • People focus and excellent client centric skills
  • Highly motivated with a proactive 'can do' attitude
  • Collaborative working style, will be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a wider team
