
HR Specialist (Offers & Onboarding) work closely with local team and international Recruitment Business Partners and are responsible for managing and maintaining onboarding data. Each Specialist supports processes with regards to onboarding of new hires, following set standard operating procedures in a timely and quality manner with customer focus.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Support international Recruitment Business Partners in pre-employment screening checks from logistical and administrative perspectives
- Coordinate the onboarding process and make sure that all the steps are completed on time
- Collaborate with the external pre-employment and medical checks suppliers
- Act as trusted advisor for clients and collaborators
- Generate and extend e-offers across UK&Ireland
- Organise right to work check meetings
- Coordinate the induction process
- Respond to the onboarding related queries from the candidates
- Train new team members
- Create and maintain process documentation and reports as required
- Perform in line with agreed procedures, SLAs and customers expectations
- Both share and apply best practices
- Ensure that all relevant company's standards and guidelines are met
- Cooperate with colleagues from other HR sub-teams in ad-hoc administrative tasks
About you
- Very good command of English
- Experience in working with ATS (especially SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of working in SSC or BPO
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
- Customer oriented and proactive approach
- Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization; attention to detail
- Team player - ability to work well with team members and with other teams to deliver solutions
