Siamo alla ricerca di un Avvocato con esperienza di contenzioso, che abbia ottenuto l'abilitazione da non più di tre anni, brillante e ambizioso da inserire nel nostro team, a diretto riporto dei Partner.

Compiti principali

  • Assistenza a primarie compagnie assicurative, sia nazionali che multinazionali, intermediari, istituzioni finanziarie e bancarie, autorità di regolamentazione e altri operatori del settore assicurativo nella trattazione di sinistri assicurativi in sede giudiziale e stragiudiziale
  • Assistenza a primaria clientela Corporate in contenziosi civili e commerciali
  • Consulenza alla clientela sopra indicata nelle materie regolamentare e contrattualistica

Caratteristiche del Candidato

Il candidato avrà preferibilmente un massimo di 3 anni di esperienza dopo l'abilitazione all'esercizio della professione forense per il ruolo indicato, eccellente voto di laurea, perfetta conoscenza della lingua inglese che abbia utilizzato per ragioni di studio e lavoro.

Costituirà titolo preferenziale l'esperienza nel contenzioso in ambito assicurativo e, generalmente, civile e commerciale.

Il candidato dovrà inoltre dimostrare di avere:

  • Una profonda conoscenza delle tematiche giuridiche trattate
  • La capacità di redigere documenti precisi, rigorosi, fondati sulla conoscenza dei fatti e delle tematiche giuridiche trattate e, nel contempo, utili e facilmente fruibili per i destinatari degli stessi, siano essi giudici o clienti
  • Conoscenza e capacità di utilizzo delle risorse informatiche e di ricerca
  • Abitudine all'aggiornamento professionale e sulla situazione del business in cui opera
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative, di gestione dei rapporti con i Clienti e di lavoro in team
  • Capacità di fornire sempre un servizio di qualità in modo tempestivo
  • Capacità di gestione del proprio tempo di lavoro
  • Capacità di raggiungere gli obiettivi concordati
  • Spirito di iniziativa e autentica vocazione a svolgere la professione di avvocato
  • Disponibilità a collaborare nelle attività di business development dello Studio
  • Attitudine a assumere comportamenti coerenti con i valori dello Studio e a costruire relazioni basate su rispetto, fiducia e integrità

Our hiring approach enables us to learn about the professional and person you are, and gives you the opportunity to learn about us. Your recruitment experience can differ depending on the type of role you are interviewing for. You will always meet your direct Line Manager for your role, as well as peers and close collaborators for the position. For some of our roles we may also use assessment tools, practical exercises, and panel presentations.
