Junior Finance Analyst - Master Data Management & Charge Out Rates

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Analyst to support our Master Data and Charge our Rates teams in our Shared Service Centre based in Brisbane servicing the APAC region based out of Brisbane. As part of a collaborative team, you will primarily support multiple business units and locations across the APAC region and be responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements and customer expectations.

You will have an analytic mind and solutions-oriented approach, responding to requests, queries and resolving issues. You will take great pride in your work and customer service skills, collaborating closely with team members both locally and internationally.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Supporting the process of client/matter data updates and supplier creations and updates

  • Working with internal stakeholders to set up special rate agreements
  • Communicating with internal and external customers in an efficient and effective manner providing support
  • Ensuring that all SLA’s, KPI’s and relevant company’s standards and guidelines are met
  • Assisting with other daily tasks assigned by the Master Data Analyst, Charge out Rates Analysts and APAC Shared Service Centre Manager

About you

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and high levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and capability of working to tight individual and team timeframes
  • 1 year experience in a Finance department, preferably within the Master Data or Pricing and rates area
  • Familiarity with MS Office, SAP accounting software, Service now
  • Experience in working in a Shared Service Centre
