An exciting opportunity is currently available for an enthusiastic Property & Workplace Assistant to join our Property and Workplace team in Perth.

The Property & Workplace Assistant is responsible for supporting the office premises in accordance with the requests from the Partnership group and the Property & Workplace Manager.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to begin their career in a progressive firm that offers a supportive working environment with a commitment to career development. Reporting to the Property and Workplace Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist with printing, working in the mail room, archiving and e-archiving tasks and assisting and undertaking projects set by the Property & Workplace Manager when required

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Reception coverage as required
  • Daily mail, arranging couriers and general deliveries
  • Moving of office furniture and assisting with new joiner desk set ups
  • Coordinate the movement and/or relocation of files, large matters - considerable lifting and manual handling may be required
  • Photocopying, collating and binding documents
  • Maintaining and stocking stationery and office supplies
  • Filing and archiving
  • Housekeeping and office maintenance
  • General administration duties

About you

  • A mature attitude and initiative
  • The ability to transition between tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Barista experience (or the confidence to learn) and serving of clients
  • Excellent communication with strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for providing exceptional service to clients
  • The ability to work to deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
  • Being detail orientated and meticulous about your work and performance
  • A proactive team player attitude who enjoys interacting with staff at all levels
  • Confidence with the MS suite of products
  • The ability to move heavy items if required

Our hiring approach enables us to learn about the professional and person you are, and gives you the opportunity to learn about us.
