I senior associate ed i partner di DLA Piper del dipartimento Litigation di Roma, forniscono assistenza a multinazionali e grandi societĂ  italiane in contenziosi commerciali, finanziari e immobiliari, societari e bancari, di elevato valore e complessitĂ . Il team svolge attivitĂ  stragiudiziale, quali consulenza, pareristica o di due diligence nei settori di competenza.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Assistenza nella redazione di atti giudiziali e pareri nei settori di competenza
  • Analisi degli accordi contrattuali e altra documentazione del caso
  • Ricerche giurisprudenziali e normative
  • Assistenza nelle attivitĂ  di due diligence
  • Partecipazione alle udienze e all'incontro con il cliente insieme all’associate/partner responsabile
  • Coordinamento del lavoro con junior e senior lawyer e aggiornamento costante delle pratiche affidate

About you

  • Laureato in Giurisprudenza con ottimi risultati accademici o laureando con esperienza lavorativa di almeno 6 mesi
  • Eccellente conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Data prevista per l'esame di avvocato: dicembre 2026 (o successivo)
  • Precedente esperienza nella predisposizione di atti e pareri, nel contenzioso civile/commerciale e nella ricerca giurisprudenziale
  • Ottime capacitĂ  di scrittura sia in italiano che in inglese
  • Deciso interesse nel contenzioso civile (in particolare societario e finanziario)
  • Grande dedizione al lavoro, anche in condizioni di stress, ambizione a confrontarsi con un ambiente stimolante e sfidante
  • Predisposizione ad offrire costante impegno personale; attitudine all'apprendimento, affidabilitĂ 
  • Forte predisposizione al lavoro in team
  • Spirito di iniziativa, passione per la professione forense
  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale nella selezione, precedente esperienza nel dipartimento del Contenzioso in Studio internazionale.

Our hiring approach

Our hiring approach enables us to learn about the professional and person you are, and gives you the opportunity to learn about us. Your recruitment experience can differ depending on the type of role you are interviewing for. You will always meet your direct Line Manager for your role, as well as peers and close collaborators for the position. For some of our roles we may also use assessment tools, practical exercises, and panel presentations.
