As a lawyer in the Brussels Corporate team you will be fully involved in our matters in close collaboration with a partner. You will conduct legal research, coordinate due diligence processes, negotiate and draft agreements, prepare compliance documents and develop your skills as litigator before the Belgian Courts.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Corporate team advises on all corporate matters:
  • Mergers and acquisitions, 
  • Joint ventures, 
  • Shareholders' agreements, 
  • Corporate reorganizations (including mergers, splits and hive-downs),
  • Litigation (shareholders' disputes, directors' liability, share issues and M&A related litigation). 
As a lawyer in the Brussels Corporate team you will be fully involved in our matters in close collaboration with a partner. You will conduct legal research, coordinate due diligence processes, negotiate and draft agreements, prepare compliance documents and develop your skills as litigator before the Belgian Courts.
ABOUT YOU
Do you want to join us and be part of our growth story? You can if: 
  • You have successfully obtained a Belgian Masters degree in Law with an attractive academic track record, an LL.M or a MaMa will be considered a plus
  • You have excellent technical legal skills
  • You have 2-3 years’ of relevant experience 
  • You are bilingual Dutch/English or with a good command of the other national language
  • You are well-organized, pro-active, flexible and a team player 
  • You are able to prioritize and manage effectively multiple and complex tasks 
  • Accuracy, confidentiality and punctuality are key traits
  • You thrive in a dynamic but yet demanding environment
  • You can identify yourself with the DLA values
