An exciting opportunity has become available for a Solicitor at least 3 years post admission experience to join the Intellectual Property & Technology (IPT) team, based in our Sydney or Melbourne office. Joining our team will see you work closely with Nicholas Tyacke Partner on market leading work, in one of the biggest global law firms.
ABOUT YOU
Working directly with an experienced and highly regarded team of Partners and lawyers, you will act for local, regional and international clients from a wide variety of sectors, predominantly life sciences (including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices).
You will play a key role in matters relating to all aspects of patent law, particularly in relation to patent issues, regulatory issues and disputes in the life sciences, engineering and technology sectors, as well as copyright and trade mark law.
