Our Corporate team is seeking a M&A Lawyer to work with mergers, acquisitions, VC financing and general corporate law related assignments. As a member of the team, you will assist our Finnish and international clients in a changing business environment, supporting them in their growth and business development efforts both in Finland and abroad. Our ideal candidate will have a background in M&A law and the ability to manage complex legal matters with precision and efficiency.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive legal and ESG due diligence on target companies in M&A transactions, drafting transaction documents, including e.g. letters of intent, sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and ancillary agreements, and providing strategic legal advice to the clients on M&A transactions, including regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and deal structuring.
