MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Junior Lawyer within the Corporate department in our Brussels office, you will cooperate with the team of lawyers to assist clients with a broad range of cross-border corporate transactions, as well as with issues of corporate law in general, for clients within various industries.
You will be tasked with research, preparing legal advice, submissions and developing your talents as a Corporate/ M&A lawyer.
Our Corporate practice group is a truly international practice with an established track record of growth and development. Career prospects for the right candidates are excellent.
The Corporate team handles hundreds of M&A transactions each year, with the mid-market forming the mainstay of the work we do. We act for numerous regional and international corporate and institutional clients.
