EMPLOYMENT LAWYER – JOIN OUR TEAM IN HELSINKI
Our Employment team is seeking new colleagues. As a member of the team, you will assist our Finnish and international clients to navigate through employer obligations in a changing business environment, in their growth and development. Our ideal candidate will have a background in advising employers on various employment law matters. You may already have the ability to manage complex legal matters independently or you have a genuine interest in growing and becoming a trusted advisor.

We are looking for both more experienced and also younger colleagues at the early stages of their career. From you we are expecting the following:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include advising employers in all of their employment matters throughout the employment lifecycle, court proceedings, employment data privacy and working with M&A transactions. Your role and responsibilities will be adjusted based on your experience. You will also contribute and take part in the business development of the employment team.
