Great opportunity to join our Finance team in Milan. You will be supporting senior lawyers and partners of the team which deals with a variety of banking and finance matters, with a focus on project finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending, real estate finance and debt restructuring.

The team represents and advises banks, investment funds and other financial institutions as well as corporate groups and small and medium-sized companies in both domestic and international transactions.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Legal research and due diligence
• Assistance in drafting legal opinions
• Assistance in contract drafting
• Analysis of contractual agreements and other legal documents
• Full engagement and involvement in client matters

ABOUT YOU

• Italian Law Degree with great academic results
• Candidates will preferably expect to attend the first session of Italian Bar Exam in 2025
• Strong interest and previous experience of banking and finance matters, with a focus on project finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending, real estate finance and debt restructuring
• Excellent English and Italian language skills
• Personal commitment and learning attitude
• Energetic and entrepreneurial mind-set
