DLA Piper’s Corporate practice is growing, and we are looking for a high performing Senior Associate with experience and a drive to progress their career in public M&A and Capital Markets to join our team based in Sydney.  This opportunity will involve you working closely with our Partners who are leaders in the field, David Ryan, James Stewart and Elliott Cheung, playing a key role in supporting the world’s leading enterprises, brightest start-up companies and financial institutions in their development, growth and investment activities.

Our clients benefit from a valuable combination of global insight and local knowledge that enables us to advise on all legal aspects of their strategic endeavours. You will be central to this offering, helping to win new clients by drawing on DLA Piper’s global expertise and building a trusted advisor relationship around it. 

You will enjoy leading on a range of complex matters with clients through all stages of their transactions to ensure successful deal outcomes.

  • End to end cross border and domestic M&A
  • Equity Capital Market transactions
  • Corporate management strategies, corporate advisory and governance
  • Managing and building client relationships
  • Mentoring lawyers and taking an active role as a leader in the team
