An exciting new opportunity has become available for a proactive, motivated and client-focused Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team, based in Melbourne. 
The successful candidate will support strategic marketing and business development initiatives primarily for the Litigation & Regulatory practice group, ESG sector and Melbourne office. Benefiting from the guidance and support of a Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity and autonomy to work directly with various stakeholders across the firm, playing a key role in implementing BD best practice in support of driving long term client relationships, growth, and the execution of strategic priorities.

Ideally you will hold tertiary qualifications in either marketing, communications, business or similar. Events or prior marketing experience would be looked upon favourably as would a knowledge of, or experience within, the legal industry.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementing BD best practice in support of driving long term client relationships, growth, and the execution of strategic priorities, including strategic client targeting and pitching, identifying opportunities for cross-functional alignment and client management
  • Supporting and helping execute the agreed practice group marketing plan to build the brand in the local market (including, but not limited to, firm campaigns, events, sponsorships, content marketing and social media, directories)
  • Actioning strategic business development initiatives for the firm’s integrated ESG practice, focused on go to market activities, that position us as leaders in ESG
