The role

Are you passionate about shaping learning experiences and driving professional growth? We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our team. You will have a strong background in managing learning programs, advising on L&D strategies, and driving continuous improvement in training and development initiatives. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Advisory and Projects:

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and competencies across departments
  • Design customized L&D solutions in response to specific business needs and requests
  • Manage L&D projects and activities from the design up to the implementation evaluation stage
  • Leverage the International L&D offer and promote it on a local gorund
  • Schedule and coordinate impactful learning sessions with internal and external facilitators
  • Build and maintain relationships with learning providers
  • Develop resources for health and wellbeing
  • Coordinate local D&I agenda in line with the international strategy

Drafting Learning Communications:

  • Create engaging communications about learning, D&I, wellbeing initiatives
  • Inform employees about upcoming programs and workshops
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, handouts, and others to support effective communication
  • Review L&D Policy on a regular basis to ensure it’s up to date and captures any process changes

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Analyze and summarize data to inform strategic learning decisions
  • Maintain accurate information on ongoing learning projects for effective planning
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance assessments, and other relevant metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes

ABOUT YOU

  • 4-6 years in a similar role
  • Fluent Polish and English is a must
  • HR Fundamentals: Strong understanding of HR and L&D.
  • Experience analyzing Engagement Survey results and implementing follow-up actions
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Effective at building relationships and communicating across all levels.
  • Values-Driven Decision Making: Aligns decisions with firm values and demonstrates professionalism
  • Self-Starter and Proactive Attitude: Independent and proactive in making impactful contributions

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing D&I and Mental Health & Wellbeing solutions preferred
  • Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies is desirable but not essential
  • Constructive Influence and Resilience: Able to challenge the status quo constructively and navigate ambiguity
  • Flexible and Collaborative Style: Comfortable in uncertain situations and works well collaboratively
