An opportunity has become available for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our national team working from our Perth office. The role involves working amongst a national HR team who are supportive, high performing and highly collaborative. 

As a valued member of our national Human Resources team, you are invited to learn the true meaning of business partnership in your role as the HR Coordinator. Working alongside a team of experienced HR practitioners, you will provide administrative support for all aspects of the employee lifecycle. From recruitment support, induction, employee engagement, , you will be making an impact and form relationships across every department at the firm. You will have the opportunity to support and lead projects across all disciplines within the HR function, including Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about HR and ready to build their career in a global law firm. 
To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:

  • A relevant degree in Human Resources or business, or be studying towards your degree
  • High level attention to detail with the capability to query and challenge where appropriate
  • A customer service focus and strive to make the experience better for your client group and team members alike
  • The ability to balance multiple tasks, manage interruptions and competing priorities effectively
  • The capability to work both autonomously and amongst a large team
