The role


HR Specialist- L&D Operations will:

  • Proactively work with stakeholders to manage and implement learning programmes
  • course items, course materials, recordings and attendance lists for key learning programmes
  • Utilize the Learning Management System to send delegate invites, manage responses and queries, manage course registration and record attendance
  • Manage the post course evaluation process
  • Create the learning  assignments in Learning Management System
  • Manage the administration involved in allocating learning curriculums to each employee 
  • Run reports related to learning and analyze learning data
  • Manage administration of learning requests and learning platform-related activities
  • Maintain process documentation and Service Now cases 
  • Work on more complex tasks/queries/service improvements as required
  • Both share and apply best practices
  • Ensure that all relevant company’s standards and guidelines are met


  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of organisation
  • At least 2 year experience in HR/Learning and Development area in international environment
  • Experience in working with Learning Management System, preferable have knowledge in Success Factors  
  • Keen attention to detail with focus on quality
  • Proven planning and organizational skills with experience of working to tight deadlines and prioritization of own workload 
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and make decisions where appropriate
  • Customer focus with ability to manage and resolve conflicts and build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Proactive approach, solution focused attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work independently 
  • Practical IT skills in utilizing the following tools to complete work: spread sheets databases, word processing, presentation and e-mail software
  • Experience in working in a Shared Service Centre will be an asset
