The role

We are looking for a promising, ambitious colleague with M&A experience and solid professional background to join our Corporate M&A team in Bucharest.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our corporate team in Bucharest, you will work alongside our M&A team specialised in providing a wide scope of legal services to local, regional and international clients from a wide variety of sectors.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on M&A transactions, as well as intra-group reorganisations, corporate governance, venture capital and private equity, working directly with teams across the international firm. A dynamic approach and enthusiasm are essential.

ABOUT YOU

  • Qualified Romanian lawyer with relevant corporate M&A experience at a recognized (business) law firm
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
  • Well-organised, pro-active, flexible and a team player
  • Strong technical skills and a high degree of accuracy
  • Enthusiasm to embrace challenging projects
  • Experience in working for international companies is nice to have
