The role

L&D Team Coordinator supports L&D Team Leader and International L&D Team in successful execution of L&D services, identifying and applying improvements and recognizing requirements for new solutions and systems
 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Schedule the work and ensure successful execution of L&D processes in compliance with agreed procedures. This will involve working with others to ensure a quality result is delivered in line with the needs of the business. 
  • Oversee GSC L&D team’s workflow, assign tasks/projects to L&D Assistants/Administrators to support team leader in BAU activities 
  • Apply subject matter expertise and best practices to directly support execution of services delivery 
  • Seek opportunities for improvements in L&D area, design and apply improvements 
  • Act as a deputy for L&D Team Leader in delegated areas and tasks 
  • Perform in line with agreed procedures, SLAs and customers’ expectations 
  • Ensure that all relevant company’s standards and guidelines are met 
  • Support team in operational tasks 
  • Advising team members on resolving problems related to learning and development area. 
  • Responsibility for the coordination and delivery of a range of projects and regular events. This will include producing and keeping updated project plans, ensuring systems and processes are established and projects delivered to agreed timescale
     

ABOUT YOU
 

  • University degree
  • Excellent command of English
  • Experience of working with systems (eg. Learning Management System, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft) 
  • At least 3 years of work experience ideally in international environment 
  • Good understanding of specific in working in SSC 
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines, be methodical and logical, as well as thrive in a robust and fast-paced environment 
  • Experience in dealing with a demanding workload and conflicting priorities 
  • Have the ability to delegate tasks and monitor execution 
  • Focused on providing excellent customer service 
  • A proven ability to manage projects 
  • Have the ability to stay calm in often demanding situations 
  • Highly motivated with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude. You will have a collaborative working style, able to work on own initiative as well as part of a wider team 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail 
  • Strong team player, able to work effectively with diverse client groups 
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately
