MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Program and Class coordination: 

  • Collaborate with internal and external facilitators to schedule impactful learning sessions.
  • Partner with our Global Service Centre to publish classes and enrich content on our Learning Management System (LMS).

Advisory and Projects: 

  • Work closely with international L&D Business Partners and the Change and Operations team to provide project support for global learning priorities.
  • Manage international Service Now cases, offering expert advice and guidance on L&D solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with both internal and external learning providers, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Continuously review learning feedback, proactively recommending enhancements and embedding improvements.
  • Contribute to various L&D projects, including:
  • Creating conversation guides and training materials to empower Line Managers and employees in effective performance discussions.
  1. Developing resources for health and wellbeing conversations, fostering a supportive workplace.
  2. Crafting training materials to guide mentees and mentors toward successful mentoring relationships

Drafting Learning Communications:

  • Craft engaging and informative communications related to learning initiatives.
  • Keep employees informed about upcoming programs, workshops, and learning opportunities

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Analyse and summarize data to inform strategic learning decisions.
  • Maintain accurate information on ongoing learning projects, supporting effective planning.
  • Collaborate with our Global Service Centre to leverage insights available through Success Factors Learning

ABOUT YOU

Experience:

  • You bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working in an L&D Specialist or Advisor role. Your expertise in learning and development is essential to our success.

Learning Management Systems (LMS):

  • You’ve worked with LMS platforms, and preferably, you’re familiar with SuccessFactors Learning. Your ability to navigate and optimize these systems will be invaluable.

Data Analytics:

  • You’re skilled at extracting insights from raw data. Your proficiency in Excel allows you to produce concise summaries and actionable reports that drive informed decisions.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills:

  • You excel at building relationships and communicating effectively at all levels within the organization. Your ability to collaborate and engage with diverse stakeholders sets you apart.

Digital Proficiency:

  • Your strong digital and IT skills extend beyond basic knowledge. You’re well-versed in collaboration tools such as Skype, Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office.

Prioritization and Collaboration:

  • Managing a varied workload and handling conflicting priorities is second nature to you. As a team player, you thrive in collaborative environments.

  • A solid understanding of human resource fundamentals, with a specific focus on all aspects of learning and development.

  • You’re familiar with project management methodologies and have successfully implemented them in an HR or L&D context.

The Learning and Development Team are positioned within the Talent Development function and as one of the communities of expertise within HR, working seamlessly as an expert team along with specialists in Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership, Engagement, Performance Management and Wellbeing.
