As a valued member of our international Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to learn the true meaning of business partnership in your role as a Candidate Engagement & Sourcing Specialist on a 12-month contract ideally based in Melbourne or Sydney. We are open to, and supportive of, flexible working arrangements.

This role is responsible for strategic talent mapping across both legal and business services groups and building strong and lasting relationships with current and future talent. You will contribute to our strategy to engage and attract top talent to the firm by being a brand ambassador, championing and enhancing the candidate experience. A typical day will see you participating in briefing meetings with our Talent Acquisition team and using various research methods to create and maintain comprehensive market maps and talent pools, as well as screening candidates, maintaining accurate reports, and identifying trends and patterns.

  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on targeted and direct sourcing approaches
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates for existing and future hiring needs
  • Contributing to the development of innovative and engaging candidate outreach initiatives, marketing campaigns and attraction and sourcing strategies


  • Have a proven background proactively researching, mapping, sourcing candidates and developing successful relationships and candidate talent pools (in house or agency)
  • Have a strong understanding and application of recruitment technology, varied search and sourcing methods, talent pooling and market mapping with expertise in Excel, LinkedIn Recruiter and Application Tracking System (ATS) 
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with a results driven approach
