MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be working as part of our market leading corporate team and will undertake a broad variety of work that will cover our core real estate services:
• Acquisitions, disposals and leasehold constructions       
• Advising corporate clients and investment companies in the purchase, sale and encumbrance of commercial real estate
• Advising in various projects, vesting of mortgages and the sale of newly built estates

ABOUT YOU

• Solid background in real estate and corporate matters
• Graduated with excellent academic marks, and admitted to the Italian Bar
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English
• Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines
• Positive mentality with a “can do” attitude
• Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence
• Open to changing environment which requires daily learning
