The role

We are currently recruiting an experienced B2B Marketing & Business Development Advisor to join our highly qualified, dynamic team in Bucharest. You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager in the management of the day-to-day workload, including pitching, communication, market intelligence, directories, preparing presentations and managing databases, interacting with lawyers and swiftly answering clients’ requests.
This is a full-time role for a mid-senior marketing or market research professional with commercial acumen, minimum 5 years of relevant experience, highly skilled in preparing presentations tailored to clients’ needs and developing large databases.


  • Understand and constantly build knowledge on market and sectors particularities, clients’ needs, services offer, firm assets, people skills, differentiation points
  • Prepare and tailor presentations, submission documents, pitch proposals in a comprehensive, professional, convincing style, actively cooperating with the lawyers team for gathering and synthetising the most relevant information
  • Manage tools and databases, collect, update and connect the information accurately and look for improvement in the ways data is handled
  • Contribute to the communication strategy, PR and Support implementing the events tailored to clients’ needs
  • Put authentic passion, human touch, ensure quality and promptness
  • Make plans happen, track development, evaluate results, give and ask for feedback, identify and propose ways for improvement

  • Excellent command of English and Romanian (verbal and written)
  • Business and PR writing skills
  • Top proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), preparing presentations, managing and structuring large amounts of information
  • High attention to details and quality, problem solving, pragmatic approach, strong sense of prioritising and dealing efficiently with multiple tasks
  • Willing to invest time in understanding legal services specific context and requirements
  • Highly organised and able to use initiative and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work co-operatively in an international team, sharing information and knowledge
  • Experience in market intelligence and/or research, B2B marketing and business development, PR, CRM, project management
