We are currently recruiting a bright lawyer to join our Real Estate Town Planning team within our market leading real estate group in Milan.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advising companies and public administrations on town planning, building and environmental law
  • Dealing with the administrative aspects related to the authorisation processes for the construction and operation of real estate complexes
  • Participation in meetings with clients together with the associate/partner responsible for the matter

ABOUT YOU

  • Law degree with great academic results
  • We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies, however we believe that candidates who have between 2 and 4 years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English 
  • Previous experience in town planning, building and environmental law
  • Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Positive mentality with a “can do” attitude
  • Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence
