The role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, Thailand, the Accountant will handle all documents related to payments. As part of the role, he/she will have overall responsibility for activities related to proceed payment and collect tax invoice/receipts and ensure that all activities are being performed on timely basis and in accordance with regulations.

This job description is not exhaustive and the job holder may be required to undertake additional duties from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable including but not limited to verifying & matching invoices to receivers, staff reimbursement, cheque requests, expense reports, and following company policy and procedures.
  • Liaise with suppliers and our overseas partners when necessary
  • Perform and control month end closing process of financial statement to ensure accuracy and completeness of expenses according within timely manner.
  • Respond to ad hoc or special request from business partners.
  • Preparing tax documents including payments, and reconciliation for tax accounts.
  • Cooperate with auditors for year-end audit
  • Handling any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Report to Finance Manager

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting
  • At least 4 years working in the accounting field
  • Good understanding of Thai Revenue Code, and accounting transaction
  • Good understanding with excel
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
  • Good communication in English both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at different levels of the organization
  • Self-motivated and open minded
  • Good problem-solving skill
