The role

Ensure P2P processes efficiency by applying expert knowledge, recommending best practices and overseeing P2P solution development to resolve complex and unexpected challenges. Be responsible for providing stakeholders with the most current subject matter expertise and customer service of the highest value.


  • Support global finance organization in identification, evaluation and prioritization of P2P improvement initiatives
  • Provide day to day support in P2P area to operate smoothly and effectively
  • Keep P2P process flows up to date and well documented
  • Conduct a review of existing standards within P2P operations, leading to more standardized and efficient processes
  • Prepare and support year-end and quarter-end closing P2P activities
  • Resolve non-standard issues withing P2P area
  • Serve as a mentors to associates
  • Act as first line support & contact to any P2P queries
  • Deliver functional training as a part of new hire onboarding 
  • Ensure P2P dashboard reporting is running accordingly to standards and timelines
  • Analyze P2P effectiveness within Account Payable area to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions 
  • Coordinate the initiative to improve P2P KPIs metrics
  • Provide recommendations for P2P improvements
  • Support implementation of P2P robotic solutions
  • Be committed to P2P projects and participate in workshops
  • Contribute P2P processes improvement ideas.
  • Obtain or provide approval for changes to P2P processes
  • Communicate P2P processes changes back to coworkers
  • Support management team in any other P2P tasks related to operations
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings



  • Preferably knowledge of SNAP/SAP or similar ERP system,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel.


  • Preferably min. 3 years work experience with accounting/finance
