The role

In the role of a communications coordinator, you will assume a central role in propelling the firm’s communications and marketing endeavors in Belgium. You will collaborate closely with our team to provide essential support for a range of initiatives, encompassing social media management, the crafting of marketing materials, and facilitating internal communication.Your meticulous attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and inventive thinking will be instrumental in elevating our brand visibility and nurturing client connections.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • External communication: Act on the delivery of profile-raising activities including Legal Directory and Legal Award submissions, Website & Digital content.
  • Social Media Management (LinkedIn): Curate, schedule, and publish engaging content on our LinkedIn platform to amplify our online presence and engage with our target audience.
  • Internal Communication: Coordinate our internal communications, including the intranet, to ensure consistent messaging and information sharing across the firm.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Belgium and abroad, including lawyers, business development, and design teams to achieve cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
  • Detail-Oriented Work: Ensure accuracy and precision in all marketing and business development activities, paying close attention to detail and quality.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in communications and marketing, preferably within a professional services or legal environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a passion for contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Fluent in English. French and / or Dutch would be an asset.
