The role

Associate to the FP&R team with 4 years of experience in transactional/financing field

 

Wymagania:

  • 1-2 letniego doświadczenia zawodowego zdobytego w zespołach prawa bankowego i finansowego w kancelarii prawniczej lub jako prawnik wewnętrzny 
  • ukończonych studiów prawniczych (mile widziana rozpoczęta aplikacja adwokacka/radcowska) 
  • doświadczenia z obszaru transakcji finansowania 
  • znajomości języka angielskiego w sposób umożliwiający codzienną pracę (C1)

Twoja przyszła rola:

  • obsługa prawna klientów z sektora Banking & Finance
  • udział w prestiżowych polskich i międzynarodowych transakcjach finansowania
  • przygotowywanie umów, pism i dokumentacji w ramach transakcji z sektora Banking & Finance, sporządzanie opinii prawnych 
  • wsparcie merytoryczne członków zespołu w związku z realizowanymi projektami
  • przygotowywanie dokumentów finansowania, takich jak dokumenty zabezpieczeń, opinie prawne i inne pomocnicze dokumenty związane z finansowaniem dłużnym
  • wspieranie starszych prawników w trakcie negocjacji z klientami i przy finalizacji projektów (udział w closingach)
  • wspieranie zespołu w rozwoju praktyki bankowości i finansów oraz wymianę wiedzy z zakresu prawa bankowego
