Great opportunity to join our Litigation & Regulatory (Administrative Law – Energy) team in Milan. 

Join our team in Milan and you will be assisting Italian and international financial institutions and investors on administrative law matters related to the energy industry, public procurement, environmental, town planning, expropriation and pharmaceutical areas.

We do not set up upper or lower limits of PQE for our vacancies. However, we believe that candidates with solid background in administrative law, with a focus on the energy industry, are likely to have the right level of expertise to undertake the role.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advising clients on administrative law matters
  • Advising clients on project financing transactions
  • Advising clients on contentious matters before the Regional Administrative Courts, Council of State, High Court of Public Waters, Supreme Court and Civil Courts
  • Advising clients operating in the real estate sector in relation to the development construction, acquisition and financing of large logistic and commercial centers
  • Engaging in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of a wide variety of contracts memoranda and disputes related documents and conducting the relevant legal searches
  • Dealing with due diligence activities also supervising junior professionals

  • Qualified Italian Lawyer with strong academic background 
  • We do not set up upper or lower limits of PQE for our vacancies. However, we believe that candidates with solid background in administrative law, with a focus on the energy industry, are likely to have the right level of expertise to undertake the role
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills in English and Italian
