The role

We are recruiting a Document Production Technician to be based in our Leeds office.

This role will be responsible in producing documents for internal and external clients to the specified standards and in accordance with the DLA Piper house style requirements

Please note the shift pattern available for this roles is as follows:

Monday – Friday 13:00 – 21:00 (this role can be fully remote, however successful candidates will be required to spend 2 weeks training in the Leeds office)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce quality documentation on time, to user expectations and in accordance with house style to the highest possible standards of accuracy
  • Work efficiently within the workflow as prioritised
  • Ensure the required deadlines stated on the request are met
  • Engage with users as required in relation to deadlines and other requirements
  • To uphold the quality control process within the department
  • Show initiative and responsibility when dealing personally with users
  • Attend training as and when necessary on specified dates
  • Help to raise the profile of DP with a professional approach within the team and towards internal clients at all times
  • To show commitment and flexibility to the job

ABOUT YOU

  • Broad experience of working in a legal environment with an emphasis on document based departments
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office 365 applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Experience working with a document management system and digital dictation software
