That’s our commitment. This is your opportunity. The Print Room Coordinator is responsible to assist the Print Room Team Lead in the efficient running of the Print Room and all its activities. The Print Room Coordinator will assist on meeting deadlines- which at times can be of a high volume- to staff across the firm.

This role will best suit someone who is interested to learn more about the needs of the Print Room in a law firm and is a quick and thorough learner with high attention to detail at all times.


  • Test and keep in good repair all photocopy, printing and binding equipment
  • Attend to service calls (i.e. new toners or maintenance to printers on all practice floors)
  • Liaise with external photocopying contractors when sending jobs offsite due to volume
  • Print, photocopy and bind all types of documentation from electronic and hardcopy media 
  • Produce Marketing and BD material from electronic media and manage outsourcing requirements to external print providers where necessary
  • Make sure all photocopying and binding meets firm quality assurance standards
  • Scanning of documents and file manipulation/creation on request
  • Prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met
  • Handle all files confidentially
  • Operate in a cost effective manner ensuring all costs are charged to team or matter codes
  • Scanning of documents and creating PDF files
  • Send documents to clients or offsite storage when instructed
  • Arrange for all remaining hard copy documents to be destroyed
