THE OPPORTUNITY

La figura di Credit Analyst è inserita all’interno del dipartimento Finance e ha le competenze de le responsabilità per gestire in autonomia, assieme al responsabile di riferimento, le questioni relative al recupero credito globale della Società di Servizi e dello Studio Legale e Tributarario, oltre l’applicazione degli accordi con i clienti e il rispetto delle norme e procedure interne, evidenziando i comportamente difformi e prevedendo eventuali acioni correttive.  

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gestione e controllo degli incassi dei crediti;
  • Gestione e aggiornamento della lista dei crediti verso clienti ancora da incassare attraverso il gestionale in utilizzo;
  • Gestione dei rapporti con i clienti con particolare riferimento a:

    piano di rientro;
    posizioni complesse;
    procedure concorsuali, e
    contenzioso 

  • Sviluppo, revisione e aggiornamento delle procedure interne in relazione alla gestione dei crediti; 
  • Negoziazione delle condizioni di pagamento dei clienti e attività di pushing nel caso di ritardi;
  • Collaborazione con legale esterno incaricato del recupero dei crediti in ambito contenzioso;
  • Supporto alle attività di formazione delle attività di recrupero crediti svolte dal team di Billing Coordinators, e
  • Supporto ai soci dello Studio Legale nell’attività di recupero crediti. 

ABOUT YOU 

  • Aver ricoperto in precedenza il ruolo di Credit Analyst;
  • Ottima conoscenza del settore e dei workstream;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e dei software di contabilità;
  • Ottima conoscenza delle procedure legali di recupero crediti;
  • Ottima conoscenza e allineamento alle policy e le procedure della Società di Servizi e dello Studio Legale, e
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
