A unique opportunity has come available for a Senior Solutions Engineer- Design and Delivery. This role is available to work out of any of our Australian offices- Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney. Reporting to the Senior IT Operations Manager in Leeds UK, you will be responsible for the completion of the analysis, design and engineering work related to requests from within the overarching Project Delivery and Service Operations functions.
Coming with legal industry experience, you will bring a ‘can do’ approach to working across multiple projects and consulting with the wider design and engineer team.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will have:
– Cloud technologies: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS. Microsoft Azure or AWS
– Experience of configuring, maintaining and migrating services on to cloud platforms e.g. Amazon Web Service, Azure (preferred) or Google Cloud
– Microsoft 365, for example one or more of: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange online, Intune, OneDrive, Defender, Stream
– Networking and communications: Cisco, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi
– Azure AD and Identity Management
– Documenting technical implementations as part of a Project Delivery process
– Thorough knowledge of testing procedures
– Knowledge of and experience in resolving configuration issues
