Our Summer Internship is designed to give you an insight into what life at DLA Piper is really like.
We pride ourselves on giving our Summer Interns a truly unique experience. We aim to give you the tools and experience to prepare you to a successful career in law. That means combining learning with experience and giving you the opportunity to work with people at all levels of our business.
Your internship will start with an induction, which will allow you to meet new people and hear from senior members of the firm, as well as our current Summer Interns and Associates. You will discover more about the firm’s practice groups and sectors, our approach to radical change and technology, as well as diversity, equity and inclusion.
During the one-month internship, you will gain experience one of our practice groups where you will have the opportunity to work alongside our lawyers and our clients and learn through practical work and observation.
Our Summer Internship takes place between July and September, and we will allocate you to a practice group of your preference. Your internship will allow you the opportunity to explore your interests and make informed career choices, enabling you to discover your potential.
