We are currently recruiting bright students or recent graduates in Law for a 6 months internship within our market leading tax team in Milan. 

With more than 380 tax advisors in offices throughout the world, we help multinational companies address the complex challenges of international commerce and business operations as well as manage and resolve tax disputes. 

Joining us you will be dealing with tax litigation, investment funds, international taxation, wealth planning and criminal tax law, assisting the partners and the more senior professionals of the team.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Legal Research
• Assistance in drafting of contracts and memoranda
• Analysis of contractual agreements and other case documentation
• Preliminary drafting of due diligence report
• Case law study
• Participation in hearings and meeting with clients together with the associate/partner responsible for the matter

ABOUT YOU

• Italian Law Degree or Law students with great academic results
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in English and Italian
• Strong interest in tax law 
• Strong analytical skills
• Personal commitment and learning attitude
• Energetic and entrepreneurial mind-set
• Motivated and team player
