Great opportunity to join our Litigation & Regulatory (Administrative Law Energy) team in Milan. 

Join our team in Milan and you will be assisting Italian and international financial institutions and investors on administrative law matters related to the energy industry, public procurement, environmental, town planning, expropriation and pharmaceutical areas.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Legal Research 
  • Assistance in drafting of disputes and investigations related documents
  • Analysis of case’s documentation
  • Preliminary drafting of due diligence report
  • Participation in hearings and meeting with client together with the associate/partner responsible for the matter 
  • Case Law study

  • We welcome applications from Trainee Lawyers with excellent academic records and background of Administrative Law Energy matters 
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills in English and Italian
