Entrando a far parte del team avrai l’opportunità di supportare gli avvocati nell’assistenza alla clientela in un ampio spettro di attività in ambito giuslavoristico.

Gli avvocati del team vantano una solida esperienza nell’assistenza di grandi imprese nazionali e internazionali. Assistono importanti aziende nei settori produttivi più importanti dell’economia nazionale: grande distribuzione, industria metalmeccanica, settore bancario, industria farmaceutica, industria cinematografica, commercio, distribuzione e servizi, cooperazione sociale, consulenza direzionale, agenzie per il lavoro, telecomunicazioni, calcio professionistico.

Il team fornisce supporto di alto livello in tutte le branche più importanti del diritto del lavoro: la consulenza, sia ordinaria che strategica, il contenzioso, le relazioni industriali e la previdenza.

I nostri avvocati coniugano una preparazione teorica completa e rigorosa a un approccio pratico molto orientato alla ricerca e alla costruzione di soluzioni su misura per l’impresa come, ad esempio, la sperimentazione nel campo dei contratti collettivi finalizzati alla gestione delle crisi aziendali, l’introduzione dello smart working e il welfare aziendale, temi per i quali ha costruito soluzioni che sono diventate un punto di riferimento per tutto il mercato.


  • Assistenza nella preparazione delle bozze degli atti e documenti relativi a contenziosi giuslavoristici
  • Gestione degli adempimenti processuali e monitoraggio delle scadenze
  • Partecipazione alle udienze e alle riunioni con i clienti insieme agli avvocati di riferimento
  • Ricerche giurisprudenziali
  • Analisi e revisione di contratti, predisposizione di report di due diligence


  • Laureato/Laureando in Giurisprudenza (2022/2023), con ottimi risultati accademici
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Ottime capacità di scrittura sia in italiano che in inglese
  • Data prevista per l’esame di avvocato: dicembre 2023 (o successivo)
  • Gradita esperienza in diritto del lavoro maturata in una boutique specializzata o in uno studio strutturato
  • Capacità di analisi
  • Dedizione e predisposizione all’apprendimento
  • Forte motivazione e capacità di lavorare in team

This is a great opportunity to join our Employment team in Rome, where you will be supporting senior associates and partners of the team in advising clients on a wide range of employment matters.

The employment team assists leading national and international companies operating in the most prominent industries including: large distribution, metal and mechanics, banking, life sciences, film, commercial, distribution, services, social co-operation, business advisory, employment agency, telecommunication and professional football. The activity of the team includes: general advice, both ordinary and strategic; assistance on contentious matters and the management of the relationship with trade unions and social security law.

Our lawyers combine a solid theoretical background with a practical approach aimed at finding tailored solutions for companies such as testing of company collective agreements aimed at managing corporate crisis, smart working and corporate welfare, and have contributed to build solutions that have become a benchmark for the whole market.

  • Assistance in drafting of disputes related documents
  • Deadlines managements, filing of legal briefs; service of process and all the practical activities related to the civil proceeding
  • Participation in hearings and meeting with client together with the associate/partner responsible for the matter
  • Case law study
  • Analysis of contractual agreements and other case documentation
  • Preliminary drafting of due diligence report
  • Teamwork with senior or junior resources.


  • Graduate and graduating law students in Italy with great academic results
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills in English and Italian
  • Experience in employment law with a leading international law firm or employment boutique dealing with international matters
  • Strong analytical skills
