THE OPPORTUNITY
The Resource Manager actively manages the supply and demand of all resource related to the effective delivery of the change portfolio, across all disciplines and geographies. Acting as the link between key resources and the project demands the role provides a capability to the entire DLA Piper business to predictably supply the resources required to deliver business and technology focused change as well as the tools to measure the capacity provision for a rolling portfolio of major programmes, discrete projects, BAU change and rapid-response initiatives.

The Business and Service Delivery function is looking to appoint a Resource Manager to focus on ensuring we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time to support the efficient delivery of our change portfolio. It will enhance our capability to predictably supply the resources required to deliver prioritised change programmes and projects. It will liaise with stakeholders and functional managers across the firm to ensure that we are providing effective and effective change to the firm. We are looking for an articulate and experienced individual, who will be able to manage stakeholders of varying levels and will be an integral part of the team, while promoting the value add of the wider function.
