Zur Verstärkung unseres IT Teams in Wien suchen wir ab sofort eine/-n

IT Local Support Analyst (w/m/d)

DAS ERWARTET DICH

• Hauptansprechpartner/-in (w/m/d) bei allen IT-Fragen mit folgenden Schwerpunkten: Microsoft 365 bzw. kanzleispezifische Software (u.a. Document Management System), PC Hardware, Multifunktionsgeräte, Grundlagen Netzwerktechnik (patching), mobile Endgeräte (iOS) sowie technische Unterstützung Videokonferenz- und Präsentationssystemen
• Installation neuer Hard- und Software, Administration bestehender Applikationen, Betreuung des LANs
• Fehleraufbereitung, -analyse und Entwicklung von Lösungsvorschlägen
• Durchführung der Starter/Leaver Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit HR und Office Management
• Durchführung von Anwender-Trainings und Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten

DAS ERWARTEN WIR VON DIR

• Technische Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert sowie Grundkenntnisse der Netzwerktechnik
• Quereinsteiger/-in (w/m/d) mit hoher IT-Affinität willkommen
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im IT-Support und mit Ticket-Systemen (vorzugsweise Service Now) wünschenswert
• Gute Kenntnisse in Windows und Microsoft 365 sowie in der Betreuung dieser Anwendungen
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. Level C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich (min. Level B2)
• Flexibilität sowie eine lösungs- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise runden Dein Profil ab
