We are hiring Project Manager Apprentices to join our DLA Piper Service Delivery team based in the Leeds Office. The Service Delivery team focuses on delivering efficiency gains, tech solutions and process improvement to enhance our client offering and increase competitiveness. The team also work directly with clients to design bespoke solutions for their organisations and in-house teams.
As a Apprentice, you will complete a Level 6 Project Manager apprenticeship starting in September 2023, which takes four years to complete. This will offer you the opportunity to become a project management professional with a recognised qualification (BSc in Project Management) and accreditation from a certification body.
During your time with us you will complete four, 9 to 12 months long rotations in a number of departments and study for the fully funded BSc qualification in Project Management.

TRAINING AND PACKAGE
We offer a competitive salary, and fully funded learning through a recognised university.
In addition to your academic studies and rotations, you will receive a comprehensive induction, skills training and a bespoke apprenticeship development plan delivered via our DLA Piper Academy.
You will also have wide ranging support from a buddy for peer support, a mentor, an early careers programme manager and an external skills coach from your learning provider. Your colleagues will help you feel valued, welcomed and supported. Your apprentice peers will also become an invaluable source of support.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you will be invited to participate in networking events, socials, the firm’s employee networks and local office activities.
Finally, towards the end of your final rotation and successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will be considered to join one of the above-mentioned teams on a permanent basis. This is based on your performance and results. We will work with you closely to help you achieve your ambitions during your apprenticeship and beyond.
Please note that you are only able to apply to one apprenticeship programme, and location, per year.
