We are recruiting a Senior Paralegal to work within our Real Estate group in Edinburgh.
As a member of the Legal Delivery Centre you will provide the Real Estate group with support on volume real estate activity relating to Scotland. The role will relate specifically to lease transactions, property management and potentially plot sales. Prior experience in these areas is desirable.
The role would particularly suit someone who is adept at finding efficiencies and excels when it comes to looking to identify better ways of working. You would be working closely with both the Real Estate group and the Legal Delivery Centre, the latter being an international function of over 85 staff which is at the front edge of the firms drive to use innovative delivery techniques and the latest software to provide clients with new solutions and servicing options. Extensive training is available and those that join will quickly develop both their legal and commercial abilities.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will depend on prior experience, but will concern lease transactions, property management and potentially plot sales. You will work as part of a close knit supportive team, carrying out work that is appropriate to your level of experience
All Paralegals are encouraged to actively contribute to broader office activities and development of the Legal Delivery Centre.
