Grande opportunità per entrare a far parte del nostro team Finance a Milano come Junior Controller. La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del nostro team di Controllo di Gestione.

  • Predisposizione di reportistica a supporto del management;
  • Supporto del team nelle analisi di primo livello;
  • Controllo della marginalità e delle principali metriche di performance;
  • Collaborazione della determinazione del budget annuale, dei reforecast e delle relative analisi di scostamento;
  • Partecipazione nelle attività di chiusura periodiche.


  • Pregressa esperienza, anche breve, in ambito amministrativo, accounting, finance
  • Conoscenza dei principi di contabilità generale
  • Conoscenza dei principi che regolano il bilancio d’esercizio e i suoi aspetti civilistici
  • Buona conoscenza dei processi contabili riguardanti il ciclo attivo e passivo
  • Ottimo utilizzo del pacchetto Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Formazione di stampo economico 
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Ottime capacità di sintesi e di reporting
  • Precisione, meticolosità, affidabilità e riservatezza
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team e flessibilità
  • Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
  • Curiosità e desiderio di essere parte di un processo di apprendimento costante
