The role


Grande opportunità per entrare a far parte del nostro team Finance a Milano come Junior Controller. La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del nostro team di Controllo di Gestione. 

Le attività riguarderanno principalmente la gestione delle entrate e dei pagamenti e il ciclo della fatturazione attiva e passiva avendo cura di provvedere agli obblighi di legge che impattano sulle attività economiche e giuridiche dell’azienda.

  • Tenuta della prima nota di cassa
  • Gestione delle entrate e dei pagamenti
  • Redazione di scritture contabili di base e dei relativi registri
  • Gestione degli incassi e della fatturazione attiva
  • Gestione dei pagamenti e della fatturazione passiva
  • Assicurare il corretto adempimento delle normative fiscali e tributarie
  • Monitorare il rispetto delle scadenze e delle procedure amministrative
  • Archiviare i documenti per mantenere la documentazione storica
  • Seguire tutte le procedure relative alla contabilità interna per mantenere la sicurezza finanziaria dell’azienda


  • Pregressa esperienza, anche breve, in ambito amministrativo, accounting, finance
  • Conoscenza dei principi di contabilità generale e fiscale d’impresa;
  • Conoscenza dei principi che regolano il bilancio d’esercizio e i suoi aspetti civilistici e fiscali;
  • Diploma ragioneria;
  • Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici;
  • Buona conoscenza dei processi contabili riguardanti il ciclo attivo e passivo;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Ottime capacità di sintesi e di reporting;
  • Precisione, meticolosità, affidabilità e riservatezza;
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team e flessibilità;
  • Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
