MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with filings and managing deadlines with the relevant courts and tribunals
  • Organize meetings, book facilities, coordinate attendees and prepare documents
  • Organize travel arrangements and prepare key documents
  • Produce documents and manage document process
  • Assist on ad-hoc projects

ABOUT YOU

  • Solid knowledge of telematic applications and servers for civil law proceedings (processo civile telematico)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality outcomes under time pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
