The role

DLA Piper Prague is looking for a new colleague for the position of Assistant to Partner and his Prague team!

Your day will look like this:

  • Assisting attorneys with a day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Editing and formatting contracts and documents
  • Invoicing (training will be provided)
  • Managing contacts, handling correspondence, phone calls, arranging business trips, etc.
  • File management, archiving


The qualities and experience you should have:

  • Knowledge of English in written and verbal form at min. level B2.
  • MS Office skills (Word – formatting, content, spreadsheets, Excel – working with spreadsheets, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Team player, proactive approach, communicative, independent, flexible, responsible.
  • Experience in a law firm is an advantage.
