Led by Simon Levine, our CEO, radical change is a firm-wide initiative involving a change council, change teams and radical change team which includes a change maker, a change driver and data scientists to create new revenue streams, products, insights and tools.
Our Legal Technology team sources, introduces and drives the use of innovative technology to deliver better quality work to our clients in a more efficient and valuable way. Our team’s focus is on the quickly-evolving area of legal technology tools, such as collaborative online working platforms, machine-assisted contract analysis tools and document automation software.
We use a range of technologies to provide customised business solutions to clients in an ever-more sophisticated way.
Our Legal Process Improvement team achieves large-scale business and performance improvements for our clients. We collaborate with clients to streamline and simplify existing processes, while improving the holistic delivery and management of matters.
Our team of experts follows the Lean Six Sigma methodology to support both the business and our clients in change and delivering greater value services.
As well as our Process Improvement and Technology teams, we have a team of specialist legal project managers giving a proactive and structured approach to global delivery. Plus a high-quality pool of contractor lawyers to react to peaks in demand. And our team of legal professionals design streamlined processes to support clients with repeat or data-heavy legal activity; making use of cutting edge technology, corporate project management office and project delivery.
With a constant demand for change, our corporate portfolio management office owns the framework and governance for all projects in the firm. A team of professional project managers and business analysts support our business service teams, practice groups and radical change teams to help shape the ideas and ultimately manage the projects through to delivery.
